By purchasing from The Artistic Labyrinth, you agree to the following terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, in which case you will be fully refunded.
Artwork & Prints
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and are sold as final sale. Prints are produced to order or in limited runs and may vary slightly in colour due to screen differences.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from the UK. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to postal delays or customs (for international orders).
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the postal service. I am not responsible for delays outside my control.
Commissions
Commission work requires a deposit to secure your place in the schedule. Work will not begin until deposit is received.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Final payment is required before the completed artwork is delivered.
Commission timelines will be agreed upon at the time of booking, but may vary depending on complexity and workload.
Intellectual Property
All artwork remains the intellectual property of The Artistic Labyrinth. This means I retain the right to reproduce images of my work for portfolio, promotion, and social media unless otherwise agreed.
Purchasing artwork does not transfer reproduction rights.
Liability
I take great care in packaging all work securely. I am not responsible for damage caused during shipping, but I will always assist where possible.
